This 2016 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ crew cab pickup was fitted with Baja-style modifications including King remote-reservoir shocks, front coilovers, heavy-duty rear leaf springs, revised bump stops, and 17″ KMC beadlock wheels with 37″ BFGoodrich Baja racing tires. The Pela Motorsports 6.2-liter V8 was installed in November 2021 and assembled with a high-performance camshaft, a Magnuson supercharger, and updated ECU tuning, and power is routed through a rebuilt eight-speed automatic transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and Yukon 4.56:1 gears. The exterior wears a white finish and features low-profile bumpers, a modified pickup bed, and an LED light bar, while the cabin is trimmed in gray leather and outfitted with a Rugged Radios communication module, a Lowrance GPS unit, rear-seat entertainment screens, and heated, ventilated, and power-adjustable front seats. The shocks and differentials were rebuilt in 2024. This modified Silverado has 60k miles and is offered on dealer consignment with modification records, an accident-free Carfax report, and a clean Florida title in the owner’s name.
The truck is finished in white and is equipped with modified front and rear bumpers, a front LED spotlight bar, parking sensors, AMP Research retractable side steps, and twin exhaust outlets recessed into the right-rear fender. The pickup bed features a spray-on bedliner, a spare wheel and tire, support bracing, and a folding tonneau cover, and the bed has been modified to accommodate the long-travel shocks. A vinyl sticker covering a paint imperfection is provided in the gallery.
The truck rides on King 3.0 remote-reservoir bypass shocks that were rebuilt by Down South Motorsports in February 2024, and further equipment includes revised rear leaf springs, King heavy-duty bump stops, and long-travel components and front coilovers from Dirt King.
Gold-finished KMC 17″ beadlock wheels are mounted with 37×12.5″ BFGoodrich Baja T/A KR EVO 2.0 tires that were installed in March 2023. The tires include a “For Racing Purposes Only” notation on the sidewall. Braking is handled by four-wheel discs with slotted and drilled rotors. The brake pads and lines were replaced in 2024 along with the wheel bearings and speed sensors.
The seating surfaces are upholstered in gray leather, and woodgrain trim accents the center console and doors. A Lowrance GPS unit is mounted ahead of an sPOD switch panel on the center console. Appointments include heated, ventilated, power-adjustable front seats, rear-seat entertainment screens, a Rugged Radios communication module, a touchscreen infotainment system, a trailer brake controller, a JL Audio amplifier, adjustable pedals, and dual-zone automatic climate control.
The multifunction steering wheel frames a 140-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and supplementary readouts. An Edge Insight digital gauge monitor is mounted to the windshield. The digital odometer shows 60k miles, a handful of which were added during current ownership.
The 6.2-liter V8 was assembled and installed by Pela Motorsports of Jupiter, Florida, in November 2021, and it utilizes a Magnuson supercharger, a high-performance camshaft, and revised engine tuning. The truck is equipped with a dual battery system with a cut-off switch mounted in the pickup bed.
Power is routed through an 8L90 eight-speed automatic transmission that was rebuilt by TK Performance in March 2021 and fitted with a 3,000-rpm stall-speed torque converter. The differentials were rebuilt and fitted with Yukon 4.56:1 gears, and the rear axle was fitted with an Eaton Detroit Truetrac unit in May 2024. Stainless-steel headers flow to a MagnaFlow muffler, and the underbody is fitted with protective skid plates.
